Rules of Exchange
Artists interested in participating in the 2012 Littlest Print Exchange should send an email to Christopher Clark at oldladyco@hotmail.com. Include a link to a website where examples of past work can be seen. Judgment will be made on inter-artist compatibility, so don't feel too bad if you don't make the cut.

Each accepted artist will create an edition of fifty prints. When finished, he or she will mail the edition to The Littlest Headquarters where they will be collated and packaged. Then each participant will receive a complete collection of all 50 artists' prints.

After the exchange is finished, images of the prints will be posted here, along with information on each artist and links to his or her website. Contributers are encouraged to seek out exhibition opportunities at their local libraries, colleges, community centers, and galleries.

2012 Theme
Print has long been associated with the dissemination of information. From Buddhist scrolls to the Gutenberg press to political posters, those with ideas to transmit or propaganda to spread have often turned to the print as an inexpensive & fast solution for the promulgation of words & images. This continues to be true, with artists, activists & advertisers all using print to communicate to the public.

Artists are asked to consider the theme of "Proclamation and Propaganda" when producing work for the 2012 portfolio.
